The registration form
How to Register ?
To register, you must :
- complete the registration form
- make the payment
At the time of encoding of your registration please provide all requested data on your team and runners - all the data fields are required.
As a reminder :
- A Relais Givres team must fulfil two criteria :
- Must contain a lady who will wear the bib A (first runner).
- Must consist of four adults (= runner 14 years old or more the day of the race, i.e. born before 18/01/2006) and a veteran (= runner 40 years old or more, i.e. born before 18/01/1980).
- A Mini-Relais Givres team must fulfil two criteria :
- Must contain one adult who will wear the bib E (last runner).
- Must consist of four children (= runner between 7 and 14 years old , i.e. born between 18/01/2013 and 18/01/2006 included) and an adult (= runner 14 years old or more on the day of the race, i.e. born before 18/01/2006).
Once the registration form and the payment are in our posession, the registration of the team will be validated and considered definitive.
Only at this point will the race numbers be attributed.
Teams fullfilling only one of the two conditions will be considered as pre-registered.
Fully registered teams have priority over pre-registered ones.
Therefore teams fully registered have priority over those in the process of registration, regardless of the time of pre-registration.
We would like to insist on this fact due to the limited number of places (350 teams maximum).
Payment
Entry costs are :
- 60 euros per team registered before the first of January 2020
- 70 euros per team registered after the first of January2020
- 35 euros per team for the Mini-Relais Givrés, regardless of the registration date
The entry cost includes a personalised souvenir, the amount is to be transfered to the account BE75751202158851 in the name of LDLV, with mention of : RG2020 + Team name + Name of responsable

Registration modifications
It is possible to make modifications (such as the team name, participent details, starting order ... ) to the registration form up to 48 hours before the start of the race.
In order to do this, you should use the link indicated in the confirmation e-mail you received at the time of your on-line registration.

Cancellation
The organisation should be notified by email of any team no longer wishing to participate in the race !
Total reimbursement of the registration fee will only occur if the organisation is notified before 15th of December !
Teams cancelling between the 15th of December and the 1st of January will be reimbursed for 30 EUR (15 EUR for the Minis).
After the 1st of January, the date the registration fee changes, no reimbursement will be made !
