


The Relais Givrés
Principal of the Relais Givrés
5 runners, comprising of at least one lady and one veteran (at least 40 years old on the day of the race, born before the 19/01/1979) run 8 km solo before running a final grouped lap of 4 km.
Each team therefore runs a total of 44 km.
Classifications and categories
In addition to the general team classification, there is a classification by category.
The choice of category will be made at the time of registration.
The categories are :
- Sportclub for teams containing runners belonging to the same club (athletic, jogging, triathlon or any other club).
- Company for teams containing runners belonging to the same Company.
- School for teams containing at least 3 runners that are students from the same school.
- Other for all teams not qualifying for any of the other categories.
The race
The course is 4 kilometres long.
Each of the partipants of the Relais Givrés runs 2 laps of the course solo, followed by a single lap where the whole team run together as a group.
4km course to be run twice individually and once as a final grouped lap :
Relay zone
The relay zone is divided into boxes corresponding to bib numbers.
Each participant must therefore place himself in the box corresponding to his bib number.
Refreshments
A refreshment stand is foreseen between the relay zone and the finish.
Please throw rubbish away in the bins provided EXCEPT for the plastic cups. These should be brought back to the refreshment stand "ravito".
Bib numbers and souvenir bags
The collection of the 5 race bibs and the relay baton should be done by one of the team members on saturday 19 january 2019 as from 10am at the stand marked “inscriptions”.
After which, a souvenir will be offered to each participant he gift to each participant will be given to the team leader.
The stand will be located at the entrance of the marquee.
At the time of collection of the race bibs and relay baton, an id card for the team will be requested as guarantee.
The relay baton should be returned directly after the team has passed the finish line.
The 5 race bibs (clean and attached together with a safety pin) should be handed back at the "photo" stand. The ID card will then be returned in exchange.
Team photo
At the end of the race, you have the option of posing for a team photo. These photos will be made available for free download from our web-site.
The photo stand is located under the main tent, instead of the registration stand.
Medical assistance
A medical post will be located at the crossing between the Rue du Chemin Vert and the Rue du Petit Chemin Vert, colse to the relay zone.
