Se rendre à la course

• Cette année, les Relais Givrés se déroulent au Stade Roi Baudouin (Avenue de Marathon, 135/2 1020 Bruxelles)
• Pour les personnes venant en voiture, nous disposons du parking devant le stade.
  L'entrée de celui-ci se fera par la Rue du Javelot.
  L'accès et le stationnement sont gratuits mais uniquement sur présentation du document suivant.
  Le parking sera fléché depuis le Ring (sortie 8 Wemmel).
• Nous vous demandons de favoriser au maximum le co-voiturage et les transports en commun.
• Les arrêts "Stade" des lignes 9, 51 et 93 ou "Roi Baudouin" des lignes 6, 9 et 83 de la STIB ou encore la ligne 240 de "De Lijn" sont celles qui arrivent le plus près de la course.
• Un parking vélo est également prévu.
  Il sera situé dans l'enceinte du stade, au bout de la Rue du Javelot.
• Merci de respecter tous ces endroits de parking (déchets jetés dans les containers prévus) et de respecter les consignes données par les gardiens.
• ATTENTION : Fermeture du parking et du stade à 18h30.
• Nous avons l'immense opportunité de pouvoir utiliser les infrastructures du Stade, malheureusement un certain nombre de contraintes nous sont imposées.
  • Un horaire strict parce qu'un évènement suit notre course (fermeture du stade à 18h30)
  • Étant toujours au niveau 3, par ordre de police, une fouille des sacs est possible à l'entrée de la salle principale.

Avant la course

• Le stand "Inscriptions" ouvre à partir de 09h00 pour la remise des dossards.
  Celui-ci se trouve dans la grande salle à l'intérieur du Stade Roi Baudouin.
• Au stand "Inscriptions", lors du retrait des dossards et du bâton témoin, une pièce d'identité par équipe sera demandée en garantie. Pensez aussi à vous munir d'épingles S.V.P. !
• Nous vous rappelons que, le jour de la course, aucune modification ne sera faite.
  Toute modification doit avoir été encodée par Internet, via le lien contenu dans le mail de confirmation.
• Deux vestiaires seront disponibles, un pour les hommes, un autre pour les femmes.
  Les vestiaires seront sans surveillance.
  L'organisation décline toute responsabilité en cas de vol, de dégradation ou de perte survenue dans les vestiaires.
• Merci de lire le règlement de notre course (Règlement des Relais Givrés, Règlement des Mini-Relais Givrés) afin d'éviter tout malentendu!
  Il y est notamment précisé qu'aucune tente ou tonnelle n'est autorisée.

Course

Voici les horaires:

• Kids Givrés :
  • Départ à 10h (maternelle)
  • Départ à 10h15 (1^ère et 2^ème primaire)
  • Départ à 10h30 (3^ème et 4^ème primaire)
• Mini-Relais Givrés: départ à 10h55
• Relais Givrés et Relais Frappés: départ à 11h
• Nous signalons qu'il est FORMELLEMENT interdit de marcher sur la pelouse du terrain de football.
  Si nous devions constater une entrave à cette consigne par un participant, nous serions contraints de sanctionner toute l'équipe par une disqualification.
• Le parcours est disponible sur notre site Web.
• Le système de chronométrage est fait à l'aide de puces électroniques dans le témoin.
  Nous vous rappelons que seul le temps final compte. Les temps individuels ne sont donnés qu'à titre indicatif!
• Les temps des équipes seront publiés en classement LIVE.
• Le parcours étant relativement urbain, pas besoin de chaussures de trail (voir parcours sur notre site web)!

Après la course

• Un stand pour les photos d'équipe sera à votre disposition dans les gradins au-dessus de l'entrée des "sportifs". Pensez à vous y rendre! Les photos seront en libre téléchargement sur notre site Web.
  ATTENTION: juste après le stand photo les 5 dossards propres et rassemblés à l'aide d'une épingle ainsi que le bâton témoin vous seront demandés en échange de votre pièce d'identité!
• La remise des prix des Mini-Relais Givrés aura lieu vers 14h.
• Celle des Relais Givrés et Relais Frappés vers 16h30 (en même temps que l'arrivée de la dernière équipe).
• A noter que toutes les équipes qui seraient encore sur le parcours à 16h45 seront déclarées hors course et devront s'arrêter par impératif de respect d'horaire.
• Pas de prix pour les Kids Givrés mais une belle médaille et un magazine Spirou à l’arrivée.
• Le podium des Mini-Relais Givrés, des Relais Givrés et des Relais Frappés nous est gracieusement offert par nos amis et sponsors de Jogging+ et du Delhaize de Neder-Over-Heembeek.
• Le magasin Jogging+ offrira également des bons cadeaux à une équipe tirée au hasard
• Enfin, Jogging+ offrira une vente privée avec des conditions particulières au club le plus représenté.
• Sur demande, un justificatif pour les entreprises peut être envoyé soit par mail, soit par courrier.
• Après la course, n'hésitez pas à nous envoyer vos photos et vos anecdotes mais aussi vos idées et vos avis, que ce soit via notre site Web ou via notre page Facebook.
• Les vestiaires du Stade, ferment à 17h00.
• Etant donné qu'un évènement suite notre course, TOUS les participants devront avoir quitté l'enceinte du stade pour 18h30. Navrés de cet horaire restrictif et intransigeant !

Om naar de wedstrijd te komen

• Dit jaar vindt het Relais Givrés plaats in het Koning Boudewijnstadion (Marathonlaan, 135/2 1020 Brussel)
• Voor mensen die met de auto komen, hebben we parkeergelegenheid voor het stadion.
  De ingang ervan is via de Speerstraat.
  Toegang en parkeren zijn gratis maar alleen op vertoon van volgend document.
  Deze parking zal aangeduid staan dankzij pijlen vanaf de Ring (afrit 8 Wemmel).
• We vragen u om carpooling en openbaar vervoer zoveel mogelijk aan te moedigen.
• De haltes "Stade" van de lijnen 9, 51 en 93 of "Koning Boudewijn" van de lijnen 6, 9 en 83 van de MIVB of lijn 240 van "De Lijn" zijn de haltes die het dichtst bij de wedstrijd aankomen.
• Er is ook een fietsparking voorzien.
  Deze zal zich op het stadionterrein bevinden, op het einde van de Speerstraat.
• Gebruik de parkeerplaatsen aub. met het nodige respect, gebruik de vuilniscontainers voor afval en volg de instructies van de parkeerwachters nauwgezet.
• OPGELET: Sluiting van de parking en het stadion om 18.30 uur.
• We hebben de enorme kans om gebruik te kunnen maken van de infrastructuur van het stadion, maar helaas worden ons een aantal beperkingen opgelegd.
  • Een strak schema omdat er een evenement volgt op onze wedstrijd (stadion sluit om 18.30 uur)
  • Omdat we nog steeds op niveau 3 zijn, is op bevel van de politie, het mogelijk dat uw zakken doorzocht kunnen worden aan de ingang van de hoofdruimte.

Voor de wedstrijd

• De stand "Inschrijvingen" is vanaf 09.00 uur geopend om de rugnummer te kunnen ophalen.
  Deze bevindt zich in de grote zaal in het Koning Boudewijnstadion.
• Bij de stand "Inschrijvingen" wordt bij het afhalen van de rugnummers en de aflossingsstok een identiteitskaart per team gevraagd als waarborg. Vergeet niet de nodige veiligheidsspelden mee te brengen a.u.b.!
• We herinneren je eraan dat er op de dag van de wedstrijd geen enkele aanpassing meer kan gebeuren.
  Elke wijziging dient vooraf te gebeuren via internet, de link hiervoor krijgen jullie in de bevestigingsmail.
• Er zullen twee kleedkamers beschikbaar zijn, één voor mannen en één voor vrouwen.
  De kleedkamers zullen zonder toezicht zijn.
  De organisatie wijst alle verantwoordelijkheid af in geval van diefstal, schade of verlies in de kleedkamers.
• Gelieve het wedstrijdreglement nog eens aandachtig te lezen (Reglement Relais Givrés, Reglement Mini-Relais Givrés) om misverstanden te voorkomen!
  Er is er duidelijk in gespecificeerd dat er geen tenten of prieeltjes zijn toegestaan.

Wedstrijd

Hier zijn de vertrektijden:

• Kids Givrés:
  • Vertrek om 10:00 uur (kleuters)
  • Vertrek om 10:15 uur (1^ste en 2^de leerjaar) li>
  • Vertrek om 10:30 uur (3^de en 4^de leerjaar) li>
• Mini-Relais Givrés: vertrek om 10:55 uur
• Relais Givrés en Relais Frappés: vertrek om 11.00 uur
• Wij wijzen erop dat het FORMEEL verboden is om op het gras van het voetbalveld te lopen.
  Als we zouden constateren dat een deelnemer deze instructie overtreedt, zijn we genoodzaakt om het hele team te bestraffen met diskwalificatie.
• Het parcours kan op voorhand bekeken worden via onze web site.
• Het chronometreren gebeurt via een elektronische chip in de aflossingsstok.
  We herinneren er jullie aan dat alleen de totale eindtijd telt, de individuele tijden worden ter informatie gegeven!
• De teamtijden worden gepubliceerd in LIVE-ranking.
• Aangezien de route relatief stedelijk is, zijn trailschoenen niet nodig (zie route op onze website)!

Getting to the event

• This year, the Relais Givrés will take place at the King Baudouin Stadium (Avenue de Marathon, 135/2 1020 Brussels)
• For people coming by car, we have parking in front of the stadium.
  The entrance to it will be via Rue du Javelot.
  Access and parking are free but only on presentation of this document.
  This car park will be indicated by means of arrows from the Ring (exit 8 Wemmel).
• We therefore advise you to encourage carpooling and public transport as much as possible.
• The "Stade" stops of lines 9, 51 and 93 or "Roi Baudouin" of lines 6, 9 and 83 of the STIB or line 240 of "De Lijn" are those which arrive closest to the race .
• Bicycle parking is also planned.
  It will be located within the stadium grounds, at the end of Rue du Javelot.
• Please respect all these parking areas (waste thrown into the containers provided) and respect the instructions given by the guards.
• PLEASE NOTE: Closing of the parking and stadium at 6:30 p.m..
• We have the immense opportunity to be able to use the Stadium's infrastructure, unfortunately a certain number of constraints are imposed on us.
  • A strict schedule because an event follows our race (stadium closing at 6:30 p.m.)
  • Being still at level 3, by police order, a search of bags is possible at the entrance to the main room.

Before the Race

• The "Registrations" stand opens from 09:00 for the collection of race bibs.
  This is located in the large room inside of the King Baudouin Stadium.
• At the "Registrations" stand, when collecting the bibs and the relay baton, an id card per team will be requested as a guarantee. Please remember to bring along safety pins!
• We remind you that, on the day of the race, no team modifications can be made.
  Any modification should be made on-line via the link contained in the email confirmation.
• Two changing rooms will be available, one for men, another for women.
  The changing rooms will be unsupervised.
  The organization declines all responsibility in the event of theft, damage or loss occurring in the locker rooms.
• Please read the rules of our race (Relais Givrés Regulations, Mini-Relais Givrés Regulations) in order to avoid any misunderstanding!
  There is specified in particular that no tents or arbors are authorized.

Race

Here the departure times:

• Kids Givrés:
  • Departure at 10 a.m. (infant school)
  • Departure at 10:15 a.m. (1^st and 2^th primary)
  • Departure at 10:30 a.m. (3^th and 4^th primary)
• Mini-Relais Givrés: departure at 10:55 a.m.
• Relais Givrés and Relais Frappés: departure at 11am
• We point out that it is FORMALLY forbidden to walk on the lawn of the football field.
  If we were to notice any obstruction to this instruction by a participant, we would be forced to sanction the entire team with disqualification.
• The layout of the course can be seen on our website.
• The timing system is made using electronic chips in the relay batons.
  We remind you that only the overall race times count. Individual times are given for information purposes only!
• Team times will be published in LIVE ranking.
• As the route is relatively urban, no need for trail shoes (see route on our website)!

After the Race

• A stand for team photos will be at your disposal in the stands above the "athletes" entrance. Consider going there! The photos will be available for free download on our website.
  ATTENTION: When handing in the 5 back numbers, neatly and together by means of a safety pin as well as the relay baton the identity card will be returned!g>
• The prize giving for the Mini-Relais Givrés will take place around 2 p.m..
• That of the Relais Givrés and Relais Frappés around 4:30 p.m. (at the same time as the arrival of the last team).
• Please note that all teams still on the course at 4:45 p.m. will be declared out of the race and will have to stop to respect the timetable.
• No prize for the Kids Givrés but a handsome medal at the finish line.
• The podium of the Mini-Relais Givrés, Relais Givrés and Relais Frappés is kindly offered to us by our friends and sponsors of Jogging+ and Delhaize of Neder-Over-Heembeek.
• The Jogging+ store will also offer gift vouchers to a team drawn at random
• Finally, Jogging+ will offer a private sale with special conditions to the most represented club.
• On request, a receipt for company teams can be sent via email or post..
• After the race, don't hesitate to send us your photos and your anecdotes but also your ideas and your remarks, via our website or via our Facebook page.
• The Stadium's locker rooms close at 5 p.m..
• Given that there is an event following our race, ALL participants must have left the stadium grounds by 6:30 p.m. Sorry about this restrictive and uncompromising schedule!
